[Job Announcement] Position: Marketing Officer  ------------------------------ Job Description:  Project Management: <ul> <li style="text-align:justify">Collaborate closely with the business and support teams to efficiently manage multiple time-sensitive campaigns simultaneously.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Approach other partners who have already integrated and collaborate with them on a project that we can execute together.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Collaborate closely with the Key Account and Business Development team to ensure timely submission of the merchant list. Scrutinize all promotion item details and photos to ensure that all requested promotion materials are in line with marketing requirements.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Collaborate with the digital team to efficiently promote campaigns on various social media platforms and ensure all communication materials are well-prepared for a seamless campaign launch.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Collaborate with the Product team to conduct thorough testing of all products and functions before their official launch, identifying and reporting any issues to be addressed.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Check the contract and attend the meeting with the partner as scheduled.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Track and analyze campaign performance to provide daily report updates.</li> </ul> Tiktok Channel: <ul> <li style="text-align:justify">Support ideas and planning, build, expand & develop content store as well as Tiktok channel system.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Research trends, catch trends, learn how Tiktok works, algorithms over time.</li> </ul> Content Writer: <ul> <li>Write Content for Facebook, Telegram, Notification Push, SMS. Email, Banner.</li> </ul> Facebook Management: <ul> <li style="text-align:justify">Strategize and develop a plan for social media content creation and engagement</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Compose compelling and effective content for social media platforms</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Generate innovative ideas for content that align with design principles</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Discover trendy topics to present to the audience and attract their interest</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Provide exceptional customer service on the fan page through collaboration with the customer care department</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Resolve any customer issues or concerns and ensure satisfaction</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Devise a captivating mini-game to increase engagement and promote the company's brand image</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Monitor and obtain necessary data and present awards to the winner</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Collaborate with the design team to craft a visually appealing poster for social media posts.</li> </ul> Notification Push: <ul> <li style="text-align:justify">Write Notification Push content </li> <li style="text-align:justify">Segregate the list of subscribers based on the intended target customer </li> <li style="text-align:justify">Disseminate the Notification Push content to the designated subscribers </li> <li style="text-align:justify">Generate a report on the outcome of the Notification Push campaign</li> </ul> SMS: <ul> <li style="text-align:justify">Develop SMS content plan</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Write broadcast message</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Segment subscriber list to target specific customers</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Send SMS to targeted customer</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Generate report to analyze results</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Analyze and take customer list from BI</li> </ul> Email Marketing: <ul> <li style="text-align:justify">Create the plan for sending</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Collaborate with the design team to create a professional email that is visually appealing. post send to internal company post send to internal company.</li> </ul> Banner App: <ul> <li>Change and update the new banner on eMoney application.
