<p><strong><span style="font-size:18px">Job Descriptions:</span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-size:18px"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Gather business and system requirements from stakeholders such as end-user, partner, client...Assist client in defining requirements and suggest ideas</span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:18px"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">To analyze business requirements and to propose optimal solution to clients.</span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:18px"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Writing and preparing URS (user requirement specification), SRS (software requirement specification) documents for systems to be developed for the project engineering department and for the customer to use;</span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:18px"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Building prototype of products to be developed to introduce and make more clear with client, development team as well as related parties</span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:18px"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Discuss/communicate with key users/stakeholders to ensure the requirements fully documented and communicated properly.</span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:18px"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Communicating content, assisting project members, project managers to clarify customer requirements to meet; organizing guidance, training, support for users to use the product and troubleshooting when problems occur. </span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:18px"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Acting as the bridge between client and project team to clarify requirement with development team (developers, UI designer, testers…) both business and system analysis view as well as the bridge among internal team</span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:18px"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Support in testing, participate in coordination with tester to check development results, to ensure compliance with agreed content requirements.</span></span></span></li>

<p><strong><span style="font-size:18px">Job Requirement:</span></strong></p>

<li><span style="font-size:18px"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Have bachelor / engineer in IT, computer science or equivalent.</span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:18px"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Must be good at speaking, listening, reading and writing in English.</span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:18px"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Ability to analyze, solve problems, express problems from general to specific details, coherently and clearly.</span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:18px"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Must have knowledge about software development process as well as software diagrams in UML. Have experience in using modeling tool such as MS Visio, UML… and prototype/Mockup tools </span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:18px"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">MUST have experience in reading, analyzing, developing diagrams (UML) and have experience in writing software documents such as URS, SRS, user-guide document.</span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:18px"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written. Able to express ideas clearly and concisely</span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-size:18px"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Priority points (be nice to have):</span></span></span></li>
